TM wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Mandates at the forthcoming 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.
A circular to shareholders detailing the relevant information pertaining to the Proposed Mandates will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
