Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) refers to its announcement dated 6 December 2018on the commencement ofa Member’s Voluntary Winding Up of Millercom Sdn Bhd (Millercom), a wholly owned subsidiaryof Webe Digital Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TM pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016 (the Winding-up).

We wish to announce the appointment ofMr. Ralph Ravin a/l Ratnaswamy and MrMohd Ridha bin Md Saniof MustaphaRaj Sdn. Bhd. addressed at E-33-05, Dataran 3 Two, No. 2, Jalan 19/1, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor as Joint and Several Liquidators of Millercomin place of the late Encik Abu Bakar Rajudin of Messrs. Abu Bakar Rajudin, for the purposes of the Winding Up.

The replacement of Liquidator is made pursuant to the demise of Encik Abu Bakar Rajudin, the previous appointed Liquidator for Millercom.
