Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 December 2022 and 21 February 2023 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as previously defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had, on 24 February 2023, lodged an office copy of the Merger Agreement and the sealed Vesting Order sanctioning the scheme of arrangement and amalgamation between the Transferors and the Transferee under the Act with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
