We refer to our previous announcement dated 10 May 2023 wherein it was announced that TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad, has filed its Statement of Defence and Counterclaim dated 10 May 2023 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre. The company has on 10 August 2023, received a Reply and Defence to the aforesaid Counterclaim from MYTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd and will be filing a Reply to Defence to the Counterclaim by 10 October 2023. TM shall make further announcement if there are any material developments in respect of this matter. This announcement is dated 11 August 2023. |
