We refer to our previous announcement dated 11 August 2023 wherein it was announced that TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (“TM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad, has received a Reply and Defence to TM’s Counterclaim dated 10 August 2023 from MYTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd ("MYTV"). The company has on 10 October 2023, filed its Reply to MYTV’s Defence to TM’s Counterclaim at the Asian International Arbitration Centre. Further announcement will be made if there are any material developments in respect of this matter. This announcement is dated 10 October 2023.
