We refer to our announcement dated 30 December 2020 (Reference No.: GA1-30122020-00006) on the proposed voluntary winding up of TM ESOS Management Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 200801007991 (809276-W)] (hereinafter be referred to as “TEMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

We wish to announce that TEMSB, which has obtained its shareholder’s approval for a Member’s Voluntary Winding Up on 30 December 2020, has held its Final Meeting on 26 December 2023. Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016), TEMSB will be dissolved upon the expiration of the three (3) months period after the lodgement of the Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of TEMSB (hereinafter be referred to as the “Return by Liquidator”), with the Registrar of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and the Official Receiver.

The Return by Liquidator was duly lodged with CCM on 26 December 2023.
