Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the SSA Announcement shall apply to this Announcement. This Announcement is to be read together with the SSA Announcement. TM wishes to inform that pursuant to the terms and conditions of its SSA, the Longstop Date for TM to fulfil, or waive, all the conditions precedent is 21 August 2024.
