We refer to our previous announcement dated 10 October 2023 wherein it was announced that TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (TM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad, has filed its Reply to Defence to MYTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd’s (MYTV) Counterclaim dated 10 October 2023 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre. TM wishes to announce that MYTV and TM have executed a Settlement Agreement today to settle all their disputes in relation to the arbitration. Pursuant to the said Settlement Agreement, MYTV and TM will jointly inform the Arbitral Tribunal on the settlement of the disputes. Further announcement will be made on any material developments in respect of this matter. This announcement is dated 27 June 2024. |
