We refer to our previous announcement dated 27 June 2024 in relation to the Settlement Agreement signed between MYTV and TM, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TMB) (collectively known as the "Parties”).

TMB wishes to clarify that:

1. The Parties have executed the Settlement Agreement to resolve their disputes amicably, and in the interest of preserving their on-going commercial relationship based on a Service Agreement dated 14 November 2016.

2. TM is bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement to keep the details of the agreement confidential. However, TMB is able to confirm the settlement sum as agreed in the Settlement Agreement was arrived at and received in the best interests of TMB.
