We refer to the announcements dated 18 June 2024 and 24 June 2024 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions for capitalised terms as set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that an EGM will no longer be necessary, based on a review of the applicable percentage ratio. As such there is no condition precedent to the JVA to be fulfilled. Accordingly, the JV Parties will complete the Proposed Joint Venture in accordance with the terms and conditions of the JVA.
