We refer to our previous announcements dated 27 June 2024 and 1 July 2024 wherein it was announced that MYTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd (MYTV) and TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (TM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TMB), had executed a Settlement Agreementon 27 June 2024 as full and final settlement of the disputes raisedin the arbitration.

TMB wishes to announce that the Arbitral Tribunal has ordered the termination of the arbitral proceedings today pursuant to Section 34(2)(b) of the Arbitration Act 2005and Article 36 of the applicable rules of arbitration.

Pursuant to the said order for termination of the arbitration proceedings, the claims brought by MYTV against TM and the counterclaims brought by TM against MYTVarebroughtto an end.
