We refer to our announcement dated 31 December 2021 (Reference No.: GA1-31122021-00042) on the proposed voluntary winding up of several of our subsidiaries including VADS Professional Services Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 200401029151 (667659-V)] (hereinafter be referred to as “VPS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of VADS Berhad, an entity wholly owned by Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

We wish to announce that VPS, which has obtained its shareholder’s approval for a Member’s Voluntary Winding Up on 31 December 2021, has held its Final Meeting on 28 February 2025. Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016), VPS will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the lodging of the Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of VPS (hereinafter be referred to as the “Return by Liquidator”), with the Registrar of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and the Official Receiver.

The Return by Liquidator was duly lodged with CCM by the appointed Liquidator on 6 March 2025.
