We refer to our announcement dated 25 April 2024 (Reference No.: GA1-05012024-00082) on the proposed voluntary winding up of Multimedia College Sdn. Bhd. (MCSB) [Company No. 200901013115 (856169-M)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Universiti Telekom Sdn. Bhd. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

Following its shareholder’s approval for a Member’s Voluntary Winding Up obtained on 25 April 2024, MCSB has held its Final Meeting on 25 June 2025. Thereupon, the Return by Liquidator Relating to the Final Meeting of MCSB (hereinafter be referred to as the “Return by Liquidator”) was duly lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) by the appointed Liquidator on 25 June 2025.

Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016), MCSB will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the lodging of the Return by Liquidator with the Registrar of the CCM and the Official Receiver.
