We refer to our announcement dated 31 December 2021 (Reference No.: GA1-31122021-00042) on the proposed voluntary winding up of several of our subsidiaries including VADS Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (VSOL) [Company No. 199501027153 (356358-U)] and Meganet Communications Sdn. Bhd. (Meganet) [Company No. 199501033195 (362397-W)], both wholly owned subsidiaries of VADS Berhad, which is wholly-owned by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM).

Following the approvals from their respective shareholders for a Member’s Voluntary Winding Up obtained on 31 December 2021, VSOL and Meganet held their Final Meetings on 15 July 2025.

Thereupon, the Return by Liquidator Relating to the Final Meeting of VSOL and Meganet respectively (hereinafter be referred to as the “Return by Liquidator”) were duly lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) by the appointed Liquidator, Mr. Ralph Ravin Ratnaswamy of MustaphaRaj Sdn. Bhd. on 17 July 2025.

Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016), VSOL and Meganet will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the lodging of the Return by Liquidator with the Registrar of the CCM and the Official Receiver.
