We refer to our announcement dated 3 January 2025 (Reference No. : GA1-02012025-00037) on the proposed voluntary winding up of TM Global Incorporated (TMGI) (Company No. LL01923), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

Following its shareholders’s approval for a Member Voluntary Winding Up obtained on 31 December 2024, TMGI has held its Final Meeting on 11 July 2025. Thereupon, the Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting (hereinafter referred to as the “Return by Liquidator”) was duly lodged with the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) by the appointed Liquidator, Mr. Tan Chin Fah of Messrs. KBCF Tan on 16 July 2025.

Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016), TMGI will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the lodging of the Return by Liquidator with the Registrar of the LFSA and the Official Receiver.
