We refer to our announcement dated 23 May 2024 (Reference No.: GA1-23052024-00042) on the proposed voluntary winding up of Packet One (L) Ltd. (POL)[Company No. LL08926], a wholly-owned subsidiary of TM Technology Services Sdn. Bhd. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

Following its shareholder’s approval for a Member’s Voluntary Winding Up obtained on 23 May 2024, POLhas held its Final Meeting on 22 November 2025. Thereupon, the Return by Liquidator Relating to the Final Meeting of POL (hereinafter be referred to as the “Return by Liquidator”) was duly lodged with the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) by the appointed Liquidator on 26November 2025.

Pursuant to Section 131(1) of the Labuan Companies Act 1990 (LCA) applying Section 459 of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016), POLwill be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the lodging of the Return by Liquidator with the Registrar of the CCM and the Official Receiver.
