We refer to our earlier announcement dated 25 February 2026 (Ref No: GA1-25022026-00071) (1st Announcement) in respect of the Recurrent Related Party Transaction (RRPT) with Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (MBSB) pursuant to paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

TM wishes to announce that the RRPT entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively known as TM Group) with MBSB has further exceeded the percentage ratio of 1%.
