We refer to our announcement dated 15 February 2016 (Reference No. GA1-15022016-00057) in relation to the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of TMF Services Sdn Bhd (Company No. 368727-M) (TMF Services), a subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad held via TM Facilities Sdn Bhd (Company No. 365637-X).

We wish to announce that the Final Meeting for the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of TMF Services was duly held on 21 February 2017. Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, TMF Services will be dissolved upon the expiry of three (3) months after the lodgement of the Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of TMF Services, with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and Official Receiver.

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of TMF Services was duly lodged with CCM on 24 February 2017.
