We refer to our announcement dated 13 January 2016 (Reference No. GA1-13012016-00066) in relation to the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of Tekad Mercu Berhad (Company No. 620657-X) (Tekad Mercu), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

We wish to announce that the Final Meeting for the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of Tekad Mercu was duly held on 26 July 2017. Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, Tekad Mercu will be dissolved upon the expiry of three (3) months after the lodgement of the Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of Tekad Mercu, with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and Official Receiver.

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of Tekad Mercu was duly lodged with CCM on 26 July 2017.
