TM refers to its previous announcement dated 29 November 2013 wherein it was announced that Mohd Shuaib Ishak (‘MSI’) had filed an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal handed down on 30 October 2013.

TM wishes to announce that the Federal Court today heard and dismissed MSI’s application for leave to appeal with costs of RM10,000.00.

Based on the Federal Court’s decision, the legal suit brought by MSI against TM has effectively comes to an end.
