On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that TM proposes to establish a long term incentive plan of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of TM (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time over the duration of the Proposed LTIP, for the employees and executive directors of TM and its subsidiaries.
