We refer to the announcement dated 9 March 2016 in relation to the Proposed LTIP (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that we have today submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on behalf of TM for the additional listing of and quotation for new ordinary shares of RM0.70 each in TM to be issued pursuant to the Proposed LTIP on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
