TM refers to its previous announcement dated 11 May 2016 wherein it was announced that the Court of Appeal has allowed TM Facilities Sdn Bhd’s (“TMFSB”) application to strike out Menara Intan Langkawi Sdn Bhd’s (“MILSB”) appeal with cost of RM1,000.00 (“Order”).

TM wishes to announce that on 15 August 2016, TMFSB’s external solicitors served the sealed Order on the registered and business addresses of MILSB and as of todate, no application to set aside the Order has been filed by MILSB.

As the period of thirty (30) days for MILSB to file its application to set aside the Order has lapsed, the legal suit brought by MILSB against TMFSB has effectively comes to an end.
