We refer to the announcements dated 9 March 2016, 18 March 2016, 30 March 2016, 12 April 2016 and 28 April 2016 in relation to the Proposed LTIP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that TM has implemented the LTIP with effect from 29 September 2016, after having obtained all required approvals and complied with the requirements pertaining to the LTIP.
