Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcements dated 6 March and 8 March 2013 in relation to the above matter.
We wish to announce that TM Facilities Sdn Bhd (“TMF”) has today through its solicitors filed an application to strike out the Statement of Claim by the 2nd Plaintiff, HBA Development Bhd against TMF (“Striking Out Application”). The High Court has fixed 17 May 2013 as the hearing date for the Striking Out Application. TMF was also granted a deferment to file its Statement of Defence until after the disposal of the Striking Out Application. TM will make further announcement on any material development. This announcement is dated 28 March 2013. |
