Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcements dated 6 March 2013, 8 March 2013, 28 March 2013 and 1 April 2013 in relation to the above matter.
We wish to announce that the application by TM Facilities Sdn Bhd (“TMF”) to strike out the Amended Statement of Claim by the 2nd Plaintiff, HBA Development Bhd, was allowed with cost by the High Court today. TMF has also filed its Defence to the Amended Statement of Claim by the 1st Plaintiff, Menara Intan Langkawi Sdn Bhd (“MILSB”) today. The legal suit by MILSB against TMF is now fixed for case management at the High Court on 31 May 2013. TM will make further announcement on any material development. This announcement is dated 17 May 2013. |
