“…….AND The Petitioner’s undertaking to abide by any order the Court may make as to damages in case

the Court should hereafter be of the opinion that the Respondent and/or Telekom Malaysia Berhad (Co.

No. 128740P) (“TM”) shall have sustained any by reason of this Order which the Petitioner ought to pay

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Respondent and its holding company TM whether by themselves and/or

their respective directors and/or shareholders and/or employees and/or servants and/or agents and/or any

other party(ies) be hereby restrained from transferring, surrendering, dealing, negotiating with and/or

entering into any agreement, understanding or compromise with any party(ies) in any manner whatsoever

and howsoever with reference to and concerning all assets of the Respondent particularly the 8 Mhz of

Spectrum License (“SL”) issued and assigned by the Malaysian Commission for Multimedia

Communication (“MCMC”) to the Respondent, and that status quo of the steps in the winding-up

proceedings be maintained by all parties, until the disposal of the Respondent’s application for stay of

proceedings filed herein vide the Form of Summons dated 15th September 2005 (Enclosure 11) and the

Petitioner’s application for the appointment of a Provisional Liquidator vide Notice of Motion dated 9th

September 2005 (Enclosure 6) and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties are at liberty to apply. “

Meanwhile, the Court has fixed 31 July 2006 for the mention of the following applications:- and

a) Inmiss’ application to appoint a provisional liquidator (Enclosure 6);
b) Mobikom’s application for stay of the winding-up proceedings (Enclosure 11); and
c) Inmiss’ winding-up petition against Mobikom.

We also wish to inform that the said Order does not have any impact to TM’s ordinary course of business or assets of TM.

We will make further announcement of any material development on the above matter from time to time.
