We refer to our announcements dated 4 December 2012 and 26 April 2013 in respect of the Collaboration Agreement (“CA”) entered into between TM, UEML and IIB (“Parties”) to participate in the provision of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) infrastructure and telecommunication services to realise the aspirations of a Smart and Connected Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia.
TM wishes to announce that subsequent to the first Definitive Agreement signed on 26 April 2013 between TM and UEML on the provision of TM’s UniFi Bundling Services, all parties are still in negotiations to conclude and finalise the Definitive Agreement(s) in the other areas of collaboration. All parties have also agreed to extend the period of validity of the CA for an additional duration of six (6) months from the date hereof until 3 December 2013 or such other date as the Parties may agree in writing. This announcement is dated 3 June 2013. |
