We refer to our announcement on 4 December 2012 in respect of the Collaboration Agreement (“CA”) entered into between TM, UEML, IIB, Centios and Cisco ("Parties”) to explore opportunities available for providing smart city and smart building infrastructure and services, as well as the proposed establishment of a Global Innovation Centre (“GIC”) in Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia.
TM wishes to announce that all parties are still in negotiations to conclude and finalise the Definitive Agreement(s) and have agreed to extend the period of validity of the CA for an additional duration of six (6) months from the date hereof until 3 December 2013 or such other date as the Parties may agree in writing. This announcement is dated 3 June 2013. |
