| Contents | We refer to our announcement dated 8 February 2010 [Reference No TM-100203-44624] in relation to Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of TM Land Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 407247-A) (“TM Land”). We wish to announce that the Final Meeting for the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of TM Land was duly held on 23 April 2010. Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act, 1965, TM Land would be dissolved upon the expiry of three (3) months after the lodgement of the Form 69 i.e. Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting, with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) and Official Receiver. The Form 69 of TM Land was lodged with CCM on 27 April 2010. As such, TM Land would be dissolved effective from 26 July 2010. This announcement is dated 29 April 2010. |
