i) This is an amended announcement to the announcement (Ref. No.: TM-100518-9D887) submitted to the Exchange on 20 May 2010. The amendment is in respect of item (1) of the "Circumstances by reason of which change has occured".The amended description under item (1) should be read as follows:-

"1) Acquisition and disposal of 4,510,800 shares and 2,633,100 respectively by EPF Board."
