TM hereby wishes to announce that it has together with TPSB, on 10th February 2006 extracted a copy of the Notice of Motion from the High Court pursuant to the leave of the Court granted on 25 January 2006 to proceed with the contempt of Court proceedings against the directors of the Defendants, namely BGM and BGO (the publishers of “Super Pages” directory). In the said Motion, TM and TPSB are seeking for an order to commit the directors of the Defendants to prison for the contempt of Court by willfully and/or intentionally disobeying the Order of Court for the Interim Injunction.

The Court has fixed 24th April 2006 as the hearing date for the Motion as abovementioned.

Potential Effects of the Action on TM

The legal action was instituted to protect TM’s and TPSB’s rights in respect of the “YELLOW PAGES” trademark.The legal action would not give rise to any material adverse impact to the financial positions of TM and TPSB.

TM will make further announcement of any material development on the above matter from time to time.
