In Inmiss’ leave application, Inmiss has alleged that the directors and officers of TM and Mobikom have breached the undertaking of 28 September 2005 given by Mobikom to the High Court that Mobikom will not transfer, surrender or deal with its spectrum license pending the disposal of the winding-up petition presented by Inmiss against Mobikom, which petition is presently fixed for mention on 8 February 2006.

Based on the above development, Mobikom and TM have instructed their solicitors to oppose the above contempt proceedings to be commenced against the directors and/or officers of Mobikom and TM.

Meanwhile, the High Court heard Inmiss’ leave application on ex-parte basis today, i.e. 23 January 2006 and has now fixed the matter for decision on 7 February 2006.

TM will make further announcement of any material development on the above matter from time to time.
