| Circumstances by reason of which change has occurred | 1. Disposal of 203,600 underlying shares against covered warrants by DBSAM for the discretionary mandates. DBSAM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBS"). Since Temasek and its associates are entitled to exercise approximately 28% shares of the votes attached to the voting shares of DBS, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares. 2. Disposal of 105,800 underlying shares against covered warrants by Hwang-DBS Investment Management Bhd ("HDIM") for the discretionary mandate of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Berhad ("Hwang-DBS").HDIM is a subsidiary of Hwang-DBS. DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of DBS, owns approximately 23% of Hwang-DBS. Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares by virtue of its interest in DBS. |

| The total number of securities of 177,756,200 includes 8,148,200 underlying shares in covered warrants purchased in the name of HSBC (M) Trustee Bhd as trustee for discretionary mandates managed by Hwang-DBS Investment Management Bhd ("HDIM"). HDIM is a subsidiary of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Bhd which is in turn approximately 23% owned by DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("DBSVM"). DBSVM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBS") which is in turn approximately 28% owned by Temasek. Temasek is deemed to have an interest in shares of Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") managed by HDIM by operation of S6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965.
