DBSAM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBS"). Since Temasek and its associates are entitled to exercise approximately 28% shares of the votes attached to the voting shares of DBS, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares. 2. Disposal of 11,600 shares for Cesma International Pte Ltd ("Cesma"). Cesma is a subsidiary of Surbana Corporation Pte Ltd, which is in turn a subsidiary of Temasek. |

| The total number of securities of 177,583,600 includes 8,148,200 underlying shares in covered warrants purchased in the name of HSBC (M) Trustee Bhd as trustee for discretionary mandates managed by Hwang-DBS Investment Management Bhd ("HDIM"). HDIM is a subsidiary of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Bhd which is in turn approximately 23% owned by DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Pte. Ltd. ("DBSVM"). DBSVM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBS") which is in turn approximately 28% owned by Temasek. Temasek is deemed to have an interest in shares of Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") managed by HDIM by operation of S6A(4)(c) of the Companies Act, 1965. The percentage holding of 5.24% was based on TM's total issued and paid-up ordinary shares as at 18 November 2005. |
