Disposal of 250,000 shares by FPL for the discretionary mandate of FPL, managed by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd ("FFMC"). | The total number of securities of 176,250,600 includes 8,148,200 underlying shares in covered warrants purchased in the name of HSBC (M) Trustee Bhd as trustee for discretionary mandates managed by Hwang-DBS Investment Management Bhd ("HDIM"). HDIM is a subsidiary of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Bhd which is in turn approximately 23% owned by DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Pte. Ltd. ("DBSVM"). DBSVM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Limited, which Temasek owned approximately 28%. Temasek is deemed to have an interest in shares of Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") managed by HDIM by operation of S6A(4)(c) of the Companies Act, 1965. The percentage holding of 5.20% was based on TM's total issued and paid-up ordinary shares as at 30 November 2005. |
