| Circumstances by reason of which change has occurred | 1. Disposal of 89,400 underlying shares in covered warrants by DBSAM for its discretionary mandates. DBSAM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBS"). Since Temasek and its associates are entitled to exercise approximately 28% shares of the votes attached to the voting shares of DBS, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares. 2. Disposal of 100,000 shares by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd. ("FFMC") for its discretionary mandates. By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FFMC, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares. 3. Disposal of 500,000 shares for the discretionary mandate of FPL, managed by FFMC. By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FPL and FFMC, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares. |

| The total number of securities of 176,514,000 includes 8,148,200 underlying shares in covered warrants purchased in the name of HSBC (M) Trustee Bhd as trustee for discretionary mandates managed by Hwang-DBS Investment Management Bhd ("HDIM"). HDIM is a subsidiary of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Bhd which is in turn approximately 23% owned by DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Pte. Ltd. ("DBSVM"). DBSVM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Limited, which Temasek owned approximately 28%. Temasek is deemed to have an interest in shares of Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") managed by HDIM by operation of S6A(4)(c) of the Companies Act, 1965. The percentage holding of 5.21% was based on TM's total issued and paid-up ordinary shares as at 28 November 2005. |
