Updates In Relation To The Agreements Entered Into By Telekom malaysia Berhad ("TM") In Iskandar Malaysia

Subject UPDATES IN RELATION TO THE AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO BY TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD (“TM”) IN ISKANDAR MALAYSIA
Contents Pursuant to Paragraph 9.29, Chapter 9 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, TM wish to provide updates in relation to the following Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) entered into by the Company:-
1. MOU with Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA)
    As a lead member in the development team, TM has proposed a 10-year Iskandar Malaysia Masterplan Blueprint on ICT based on UNIFI services and offerings. In January 2010, IRDA has endorsed and adopted TM’s ICT plan for Iskandar Malaysia. Some of the key landmark projects connected to TM infrastructure are Kota Iskandar, Medical Park, Puteri Harbour, East Ledang and Leisure Farm.

    IRDA’s delegation together with other stakeholders have visited TM’s Malaysia Emergency Response Center (MERS999) on 22 March 2010 as part of initiative to set up the Integrated Operation Center as part of the Safety and Security Masterplan in Iskandar Malaysia.

    There has been no material change to the MOU or any subsequent agreement arising from the MOU.


2. MOC with UEM Land Berhad (UEML)
    TM is continuing the deployment and implementation of the High Speed Broadband (HSBB) offering, known as UNIFI in East Ledang, Nusajaya. More than 100 home buyers in this area can now subscribe to UNIFI services.

    There has been no material change to the MOC or any subsequent agreement arising from the MOC.
