Circumstances by reason of which change has occurred 1. Acquisition of 104,000 shares and disposal of 67,100 shares by KLCN.

The shares were acquired/disposed for discretionary portfolio accounts managed by KLCS Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. ("KLCSAM"). KLCSAM is a subsidiary of Kuala Lumpur City Securities Sdn. Bhd. , which in turn is a subsidiary of Alliance Merchant Bank Bhd ("AMBB"). AMBB is a subsidiary of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, which is in turn an indirect subsidiary of Malaysian Plantations Bhd. ("MPlant"). Since Temasek and its associates are deemed to have an interest in approximately 30% of the voting shares of MPlant,Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares by virtue of Section 6A(4)(c) of the Companies Act, 1965.

2. Disposal of 250,000 shares for the discretionary mandate of FPL, managed by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd ("FFMC"). By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FPL, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.

Remarks :
The total number of securities of 180,321,800 includes 8,148,200 underlying shares in covered warrants purchased in the name of HSBC (M) Trustee Bhd as trustee for discretionary mandates managed by Hwang-DBS Investment Management Bhd ("HDIM"). HDIM is a subsidiary of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Bhd which is in turn approximately 23% owned by DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("DBSVM"). DBSVM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBS") which is in turn approximately 28% owned by Temasek. Temasek is deemed to have an interest in shares of Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") managed by HDIM by operation of S6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965.

The percentage holding of 5.32% was based on TM's total issued and paid-up ordinary shares as at 2 November 2005.
