Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcement dated 14 August 2012 wherein it was announced that MSI has filed an appeal against the High Court’s decision dated 20 July 2012 allowing TM and Telekom Enterprise Sdn Bhd’s application to strike out MSI’s claim with costs.
We wish to announce that on 30 October 2013, the Court of Appeal has dismissed the above stated appeal by MSI. TM will make further announcement on this case, if there is any new material development. This announcement is dated 31 October 2013. |
