TM wishes to announce that Mobikom was today, 10 August 2006, served with the sealed copy of an application by Inmiss to stay the Order of the Court of Appeal dated 24 July 2006, pending hearing and disposal of Inmiss’ application for, inter alia, leave to appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal. This application has been fixed for hearing on 14 August 2006.

Meanwhile, on 7 August 2006, the solicitors of Mobikom were served with an unsealed application by Inmiss for, inter alia, leave to appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal dated 24 July 2006. At present, no hearing dates for the leave application have been fixed by the Federal Court.

TM will announce any further material development on this matter as and when they take place.
