TM wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal has today, 14 August 2006, dismissed the application by Inmiss to stay the Order of the Court of Appeal dated 24 July 2006 with costs. This application by Inmiss was made for the purpose of seeking an Order from the Court to stay the said Court of Appeal’s Order pending hearing and disposal of Inmiss’ application for inter alia leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal (“Inmiss’ Leave Application to Appeal”).

Further, TM wishes to inform that the sealed copy of Inmiss’ Leave Application to Appeal was served on Mobikom’s solicitors today. The Federal Court has fixed 16 August 2006 for the hearing of the said application.

TM will announce any further material development on this matter as and when they take place.
