We refer to the announcement of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) dated 24 July 2006, 10 August 2006 and 14 August 2006.


TM wishes to announce that the hearing today was adjourned to a date to be fixed by the Federal Court to enable Mobikom Sdn Bhd (“Mobikom”) to file its affidavit in reply to Inmiss’ affidavit in reply served on Mobikom’s solicitors today.

In the meantime, the Federal Court has granted an interim stay of the Court of Appeal’s Orders of 24 July 2006 pending the next hearing date before the Federal Court.

TM will announce any further material development on this matter as and when they take place.
