Description	TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD ("TM” OR “COMPANY") (1) PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS’ MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE; AND (2) PROPOSED ADDITIONAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE (“PROPOSED MANDATES”)
The Board of Directors of TM wishes to announce that TM will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Mandates at the forthcoming 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company. A circular containing information on the above will be despatched to the shareholders of TM in due course. This announcement is dated 27 February 2014.
