We refer to the announcements dated 27 March 2014, 8 April 2014 and 28 April 2014 in relation to the Proposed DRS (collectively “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

On behalf of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that we have today received the approval from Bursa Securities for the listing of and quotation for the New TM Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed DRS in respect of the Final Dividend.

For information purposes, the Proposed DRS and the issuance of New TM Shares arising from the Proposed DRS is subject to the approval of Shareholders at our forthcoming EGM on 8 May 2014.
