These dealings are in relation to the exercise of options and subsequent disposal of shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employees Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") as set out below:-

The disposal of shares was only made by him on 27 August 2010 for the sale of 20,000 share at the price of RM3.53.
