On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, we wish to announce that TM International (L) Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of TM), PT Telekomindo Primabhakti and Rogan Partners Inc. have agreed to extend the completion date of the acquisition by the TM group of 4.2% equity interest in Excelcomindo to 15 June 2005.
