We wish to inform the Exchange that whilst Shin Corporation Public Company Ltd., has made a preliminary offer to purchase the Company's stake of 49.99% in Digital Phone Company Ltd., no agreement has been reached at this point in time.
In the circumstances the Company is not in a position to furnish an announcement to the Exchange for public release on this matter.

Monday, 5 March 2001, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
