Pursuant to Practice Note No. 3/2001 on Disclosure in relation to internet-related business or e-commerce activities, Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") is pleased to announce the progress of MySpeed.com Sdn Bhd ("MySpeed"), a joint venture company between TM, HeiTech Padu Berhad and Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, the principal activity of which is to provide the following services, namely, the Electronic Delivery of Driver and Vehicle Registration Licencing and Summons Services, Utility Bills Payment, limited to payment of electricity and telephone bills, and Ministry of Health On-line Information and others.

The abovementioned services were launched by the Deputy Prime Minister on 12 November 2001 at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur and the services deployed are as follows :-

1. JPJ Summons Information and payment on 17 July 2001 ;
2. JPJ Kejara Information on 17 July 2001;
3. Tenaga Nasional Berhad's (TNB) Bill presentment and payment on 18 July 2001;
4. JPJ Theory Test Taking on 1 November 2001 ; and
5. TM Bill payment on 8 November 2001.

As such, MySpeed has commenced its operations since 17 July 2001 and is currently generating revenue.
