Reference is made to the announcements dated 18 April 2001, 27 August 2001 and 13 December 2001 made by Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad (“Arab-Malaysian”) on behalf of TM respectively.
On behalf of TM, Arab-Malaysian wishes to announce that the Securities Commission (“SC”) has vide its letter dated 15 February 2002 approved an extension of six (6) months until 16 August 2002 for the implementation of the listing proposals of VADS.
